Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ANZ™s products, services, processes and policies along with sound understanding of banking systems is essential to the role. Demonstrated commitment to superior Customer Service & Service Quality delivery and high performance level is essential. You would also be expected to possess excellent problem identification and resolution skills in addition to superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Knowledge and aptitude with MS products is mandatory.
Other basic requirements for the role would be proven analytical and decision making ability, capacity to maintain production in a pressured, diverse environment & ability to formulate and execute plans & schedules. Past experience in an EBS or IT environment with well established leadership potential or demonstrated project management experience/ ability would be advantageous. Also favourable would be knowledge of EBS system architecture (hardware and software) and computer literacy with Network and Communications knowledge.
